Synopsis
Does it bother you that you’re ten years older than me?
Have you ever thought it’s wrong that you watched me fuck another guy on camera for months?
What do you want from me, really? All I wanted was my letter of recommendation, but now I’m stuck, aren’t I? Stuck under your thumb… And your body.
From cam girl to personal whore, and all by the age of twenty-one. You’ve got me good, haven’t you?
But guess what? I can play too. Grab the polish, because I’ve found your skeleton, and it’s time to dust.
I’ll see you in class.
Oh and, Sir? I’m not wearing any panties.
Love, Darcy
P.s. you’re an asshole.
Review
“I had a partial scholarship and an almost perfect GPA I worked my butt off to keep. F***ed my butt off to keep it too.”
Darcy Hamilton is a very driven young woman. She knows exactly what she wants and has a plan in place to get her there. She has her eyes on the prize – a law degree from Harvard – and she will do whatever it takes to get it. Dalton House is a very lucrative means to an end for her. A resident of the dorm-style house, Darcy earns top dollar as a Cam Girl. She performs sex acts, including intercourse – both solo or with a partner – on a webcam for the viewing pleasure of paying customers. Darcy feels no guilt or shame about her job, quite the contrary, she loves the thrill of it, although she will admit to a bit of trepidation about being exposed as a Cam Girl and how that could affect her acceptance to law school or her future career.
“I have something you need. You have something I want.”
Professor Jordan Keaton is Darcy’s history teacher. He is widely regarded as the toughest, most hard-assed professor on campus. He’s abrupt, he’s demanding, his assignments are difficult and his grading scale is brutal. Tall, dark, with piercing, calculating blue eyes, he’s the drop-dead gorgeous professor that all the co-eds are crushing on despite his standoffish demeanor. He’s got secrets, though, and one is that he’s been watching Darcy. With each of her performances, he becomes a little more obsessed with the raven-haired beauty. He must have her, and he knows exactly how he’ll get her. When Darcy approaches her professor for a letter of recommendation – one she needs badly – he’s prepared for her request. He shows her the glowing recommendation letter as he tells her that he knows what she’s doing and then blackmails her into a sexual relationship.
“I hadn’t sold my soul to the sex industry. I’d sold it to my history professor.”
They enter into their agreement, complete with a list of rules for Darcy and a signed contract. The sex begins almost immediately. Fast, frantic, furious, and lust-fueled, their chemistry is scorchingly explosive. Darcy is angry that she’s in this position, especially because she’s so torn between hating Jordan for it and wanting him. For Jordan’s part, he is nearly mad with his obsession of Darcy, but he is equally determined to sate that obsession with only sex and wants no part of anything emotional.
“We weren’t emotion or intimacy. We were sex. Red-hot, rough, bruising, desperate sex.”
Neither wants to feel anything for they other, neither wants anything more from the other. Both of them harbor deep pain in their pasts that now drives who they are and what they’ll allow this arrangement to become. But just like those sensations of emotion each one experiences when they’re together, they’re both powerless to stop the wanting, the obsession and those pesky feelings from growing, despite their best efforts to ignore, extinguish or screw them away.
“I don’t hate you… I don’t hate you at all.”
There are others who are just as obsessed with Jordan as he is with Darcy. This relationship is forbidden by university’s rules, not to mention illegal. When their relationship is discovered, there is a heavy price to pay for both of them. But will the realization that this could be the true beginning of a real relationship between push them over the edge into love or will it send them running?
This was such a sexy, edgy story of anger, lust and obsession. It was forbidden, a bit taboo, a little dark and a whole lot racy. These were two people that avoided emotional entanglements because of their past experiences, but they were almost helpless to fight against the feelings that grew for each other despite their unconventional start.
I really liked this one! Four and half twisted, tumultuous and titillating smooches for Blaire Drake’s Dear Professor from me!
