Synopsis

**THIS IS A STAND ALONE BOOK**

A smokin’ hot British player…
A jilted girl…
One night of mistaken identity…

Two weeks before her wedding, Remi Montague’s fiancé drops her faster than a drunken sorority girl in stilettos. Armed with her best friend and a bottle of tequila, she hops a plane to London to drown her sorrows before fall semester begins at Whitman University.

She didn’t plan on attending a masquerade party.

She sure didn’t plan on waking up next to the British bad boy who broke her heart three years ago—the devastatingly handsome and naked Dax Blay. Furthermore, she has no clue how they acquired matching tattoos.

Once back at Whitman together, they endeavor to pretend they never had their night of unbridled passion in London.

But that’s damn hard to do when you live in the same house…

One night. Two damaged hearts. The passion of a lifetime.

*A modern love story inspired by Romeo and Juliet*

REVIEW

“He’d forget about me and trace lines on some other girl’s back.  And then another.  All the while, I’d have to pretend like my heart wasn’t forced to jump off a skyscraper, screaming the entire way down.”

This book, God, this book.  I mean, I really enjoyed Dirty English but Dax, oh man, he stole the show for me.  When I met Dax in Dirty English, I in  no way thought for a minute that I would love him like I did in this book.  He struck me as just a “fun guy”.  Not relationship material at all.  But, I have to say that he surprised me so much and I think that he surprised himself too!

I loved Remi’s character too.  She was one of the quirky smart girl characters that I could totally relate too.  You immediately realize that her and Dax share a history but there definitely some surprises speckled through out this NA romance.

I always love this authors romances.  But this one took me back to Very Bad Things which is a favorite of mine.  Filthy English has that very same feel and freaking adored it!  The writing was fabulous, the story even better.  Filthy English had all of the angst, drama, and action that I have come to expect from Ilsa Madden-Mills book, delivering pure NA gold.
